You must contact us at (540) 645-0042 or Via Email at email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement of manufactory damaged goods. (return shipping charges are not reimbursed, nor is the original shipping charge).
If you receive an order that was damaged in transit you must file a claim with the delivery service. Replacement items will not be shipped until damaged item(s) are received.
We also cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. If your order is valued at $75.00 or more, we suggest that you insure or return through a trackable/confirmation service. We are not responsible for any items lost during returns.
All fan orders are shipped with their own return policy/ instructions included in your shipment.
We usually ship products using UPS/Fed Ex/USPS, however could be another service depending on size of order. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order.

We don't accept returns due to the fragrance or colors of candles. All sizes are approximate. Many of our items are hand crafted and are subject to slight variations in size, color, and fragrance. If candles are part of a set, the sizes listed are for the individual item. Candle burn times are an approximation, not a guarantee.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of submitting order. After 24 hours orders are being processed and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
